Locate the NFC Reader on Android:

For Android users, the NFC reader is typically located on the back of the phone. Find the optimal spot by checking the photo reference provided (photo below).

Some Android users have their NFC settings turned off. To change this simply Google or Youtube "how to turn on NFC reader on Android".

Locate the NFC Reader on iPhone:

iPhone users can locate the NFC reader on the top portion of the device. Ensure your RingMe smart ring aligns with this area for an efficient tap (see photo below).

Hold in the Correct Spot:

Gently hold the RingMe smart ring to the identified NFC reader spot on your phone. Hold the ring in place for 1 to 5 seconds to allow for a secure data transfer.

Ensure Proper Alignment:

Position the smart ring so that the RingMe ring is directly over the NFC reader. Adjust the angle if needed to establish a seamless connection.
